This sculpture 'Homage to Newton' was cast by the Perseo Foundry, Mendrisio Switzerland, using the lost wax process from a mold realised from an original artwork by Salvador Dali, wax 'Homage to newton', 1980 and first cast in 1980. This sculpture was cast after Dali's death(c. 2010). All bronzes in the edition are cast from the same mold created during the artist's lifetime.
